Well, I am curious.  Yet, I cannot find out much about this from the internet.  There are certainly a lot of other cool toys in the world and universe.  Can you tell us anything about this?  I can't figure it out from the pictures.

I remember this from the early 2000's. I wanted to get one but I never did. Reserve one for me.

I have searched every where I can think, including youtube, and found nothing. I think Ta0 is correct. About 2000 I was at Toy Fair NY and some guys had several kids and videos and a big push for these skilltoys. I am sure that you have played with a cheap toy that had a wheel with a magnetized metal axle that rolled on two parallel wires. By pointing the rails up and down 10 to 15 degrees the wheel would roll out, around the end and back and pointing the rails up and down at the right time it would roll for ever. When the wheel is on the outside of the rails you could flick it off of the rails to spin like a top, and then pick it up with the wire rails. With the CYBERAIL there is a second pair of rails that you can flip the wheel from the flat rails to the sloped rails and back. Or with practice you can play with both wheels on their own rails. I seem to remember the kids were good enough that they could play both wheels and make them switch rails. Really sorry that these are no longer available, another skilltoy to add to the mix.

Yes, from your description I can now understand what I see on the side of the box.  They do seem a bit familiar but I never played with them enough to remember them.  You say you have a box.  How many might that be?

I am now aware that the last day to turn things in for our "Toys for Tots" contributions is 10 Dec 17.
If you are interested please let me know soon so can put it/them aside before I turn them in.
As far as I can tell there are no more of these available. When they are gone they are gone for ever.

Well, they should be at a place where they can be used by people who appreciate such things.  I will take all of them and call it a Christmas present to myself!!!
