The organizer brought Don Antonio to the festival in Tocaima do demonstrate the fabrication of tops. I was very happy to finally meet him.

The guy you can see at the beginning talking to Don Antonio is Roberto Castiblanco. I'm also very happy to have met him as he has been crucial in the development of tops in Colombia, both as an artisan and a player. More about him later.

The smallest is all wood, which Antonio made for me after the first one. The rest, including the spintop pins where made by Roberto.
