A very modest first video attempt
« on: January 10, 2010, 05:50:31 PM »

Hi everyone,

I have been a bit more of a lurker then a poster on this board, but I have really enjoyed the wealth of information and helpful tips provided here.

This was filmed and edited by my thirteen year old son Zach using his new camera.  The tricks are a bit sloppy,  but I figured I'd have to start somewhere  :).

Hope you enjoy it!

Nice to see more people posting videos. Now you have no excuse not to participate on the 3rd collective video!

Love to see the new top spinners posting some vids.  Great work.  You've obviously been yoyoing for a while.  Glad you are doing some top spinning now, too.

Welcome to the board and to the sport.  You are doing great!!!

Thanks, all!  I'm a bit more experienced at yo-yoing than top spinning, dabbling into 1A and 5A, and have been taking up 2A of late as well.

I love spinning tops, though I am having a bit of difficulty getting the hang of regens (eg rollercoaster) and snap starting.  I figure I'll get 'em sooner or later... and for me the fun is in the journey.

Thanks again, this is a great board!
