hello !

i was wondering when and where we could meet during the year : in the summer ?

if you came to france it would Have To Be at philippe's, the toupie turner ....he has 2 huge lathes, a band saw and 20 years of practice !!he lives in the center of france , near Mâcon

then i could also come and visit you , either in  italy or in spain

i will go to the euro yoyo meeting the 1st of May because it's in London :Maurizio are you coming too ??

North American Yo-Yo Contest 24-25 April (with spin tops, I think).
This could be a fun spring!

Unfortunately, I doubt the North American Yo-Yo Championship in Mexico City will have spintops. Isaac (the president of the Mexican yo-yo association) feels he got "burned" with tops. He organized a spintop contest at the winter games a couple of years ago but he could only get Gustavo from the professional players to enter (there was another amateur player who dropped out when he saw Gustavo play  ) For several reasons it is difficult to get the pros on board. Gustavo's famous video is the exhibition he did then. Isaac and Gustavo were in good terms for a while but then things happened and there was a big rift between them. In the end the spintop competition that he had planned for the Mexican nationals was canceled.
