Side note:  The music and video WERE timed before I transfered it from imovie.  Something happened when I exported it :(

The music cracks me up!  It reminds me of some of the videos from the 50's.
When I saw Mark Hayward's picture I couldn't help but laugh out loud.....heartily!  Glad to see Daveid in the video.  How neat to get so many people involved and a great finish by the SpinQueen herself.

Great work!!!

I worked long and hard to find that music.  I knew exactly what I wanted but couldn't find it anywhere, and then...after days of searching.....a stroke of good fortune.  Glad you appreciated it.  I'll scream if youtube comes after me with any sort of copyright issues.  Yes, Mark's photo is great :)  So many wonderful photos really.  Many thanks to all who participated.

It is so great to see all these players from around the country and the world (and the "ages") spinning (mostly) the same day! Some of those faces I see for the first time. Thanks!

Isn't it illegal to spin a top while driving at 85 mph?  :o
I am sure it is against the rules to tilt the skittles board  :P
You do let your kids spin your tops, Queen! (even the big Watts!)
That giant blue top that Alan has looks like the earth!
John B. binding big Charlie Brown is one of my favorites
Did you get in contact with Don Winters?!! That top shows a lot of "love"
Great to see daveid!

Byron Watts sent me the photo from Don W.  It was really great that he participated!  I too love the John B. photo.  I had to put that one in.  I'm still in contact w/Daveid on facebook so after pestering him a bunch he gave in and sent me a photo :)

Yes, I'm sure it's illegal to spin a top while driving 85 mph, and probobly even more so to shoot the video at the same time  :o  It's a good thing I added that whisky to my coffee that morning to steady my nerves  ;)  Just kidding, I never drink before work.  I had the whisky before my drive home  :-*

Great work.  I did enjoy seeing it three times and will show it to friends.  May I suggest a few 4 inch Watts' Tops for the kids.  That 6 inch seems a bit much.  He did great with it however.
What a great hobby and a great way to display it.  Thanks for your hard work. :D

Those were Jacobs first and only three throws ever with my Watts 6" top.  That "third time is a charm" thing holds true  ;D

awesome video! every time I see the kids playing with tops it puts a smile on my face.

also, I had no idea there were so many people from the midwest who throw tops. i thought it was a west coast thing. i may live in NC but i too am a native Missourian (pronounced Mizzuran).

can't wait to see next year's video!
