I'm not on here that much but since no one has posted on this yet I thought to go ahead and do so.
This video is from Val Oliver's YouTube channel which all of these ladder videos can also found on the Spintastics website: https://www.scienceofspin.com/spin-top-tips---videos.html   On the bottom of the link page are the names of those in the spintop demo videos. The demonstrator in the above video "Texas Cowboy" is Eric Hesterman.  There was / use to be a video of Miguel Correa on this page of him doing the 1 minute freestyle. I think I have the video saved somewhere though.
Back in I think 2005, 2006 maybe earlier there were oh so many that started with the Lone Star Spinners that besides from doing yoyo where also learning that of the spintop.
As for the where abouts of Eric Hesterman and if he still spins tops here or there.?...

Well, he was easier to find than I thought.  A Google search shows Eric as a web developer who still yoyos.  It does not mention anything about top spinning.  Rats!
