I have uploaded the two last tricks I have learned  ;D ;D 2 months and two weeks! Geez I cannot believe the amount of time that spintop has been being played by me so far. I cannot go out of mu home without one, and I'm using every single minute to practice.

Nicely done.
Next learn wire walker.  (there are several good threads on this)
Understanding the dynamics of wire walker is a gateway to several interesting related tricks.

Also learn Elevator - See the thread started by mail man for all the tips tricks and controversy.  This trick has a high coolness to difficulty.

PS Why do you wrap the string around the tip so many times for merry go round?  I can see that it helps for helicopter but not merry go round.  It seems to me all that extra string would slow down a fixed tip top.

Actually, most people find learning drumbeat a challenge. If you don't have much trouble with it, you would be an exception. Sewing machine which is similar is somewhat easier.

I can land a couple of drumbeats before getting nervous. Maybe it is yo-yo offstring experience, but the horizontal diaboloish game is not hard to be figured out by now. Gyro flop going sideways is being an issue I cannot solve tho.

Nice!

For Gyro Flop first practice keeping the top still at the center of the string. The same adjustments you may need to do while you are doing the gyro.

In principle the gyro is done by just pulling hard on the string. After 3/4 of the turn start releasing the tension so the top stops when it is standing up.

Raising one hand with respect to the other (which hand depends on how you did the bind) will make it flip easier but will also lean the top sideways and can make you lose control, so try not to do it too much.

Shyguy

I seem to have been doing both mistakes, rising a hand and not centering the top. Thank you! practice time
