That is really curious: a spintop on the name of a wine and even more curious, a gyroscope for the brand logo!
Here is the explanation on the name given on the article: "The spinning top is only a beautiful object when it is in equilibrium, precarious balance that is only obtained when the energy of rotation is sufficient . . . It is the same for our project: the balance remains precarious but each day we give it energy for achieving equilibrium. . . The same at the vineyard, for each plant cycle we investigate the balance that will let us achieve the best that nature can offer us."
I especially like this label, with the gyroscope on a string (that wine is called: "Sur un fil Rouge": On A Red String!):
