vintage diabolo
« on: September 15, 2015, 01:38:51 PM »

hi all

i have found these two diabolos recently at an antique market
they were "dans leur jus" litterally "in their juice"
meaning not displayed , but full of dust in a wood box
i got them for a fair price (under 15 bux)
the  same brand appears at page 244 in Lourens 's  book, note the hole in each one , making a humming/shriking sound at high speeds

the same day i also got a  very antique bilboquet

photo later
