Top Spinning in Antarctica
« on: June 30, 2015, 02:31:18 PM »

Last year I made contact with a young artist from Uruguay, Juan Manuel Ru├ętalo, who was a self taught top spinner (see original thread: Explosive top spinning). I sent him a few tops, including a Cobra. Last week he sent me this video spinning in Antarctica:

He thinks he is probably the first person to spin a throw top over there, and he might be right.

He went to Antarctica with three other artists on a one month project.

If he went recently (almost winter), this beats Jack's cold  ;)

great document thanx for showing!! ;) ;)

on the second throw it's the melting factor! the top can't go back straight because it's digging its own hole !!
cool!!freezing !!
