As I had offered before, I can try to have them made for the community with a friend who orders tools from China for a hardware store, and he already talked to his supplier.  I don't want to sell or make money, if it comes out at a reasonable price I would just ship the to any forum member who is inetrested , but to cut costs I need an auto cad file with all dimensions, so they can use it to program the machine.
I would just make the shoulder a bit taller just so the base of the shoulder where it meets the top is a bit wider. That way if you use it in a wooden top you can have more wood between the edge and the center shaft, to avoid breakage when dropped.

The drawing is in inches, right? The shoulder is too narrow or the stem is too wide, because .154" of wood is not much wood (or plastic). Could the stem be threaded instead of tapped? If it is threaded it needs to be longer, at least 1.75".  Gotta leave some material at the bottom for strength.

I have been totally slacking on this topic.
Here is the next rev for comments.
If I recall the goal, the hope is to get enough agreement on form to have a small batch CNC cut.

Change notes:
- (N)  neck smaller 0.200" - is this small enough?
- (AB) & (AT) body angle and tip angle now 35 deg
- (RN) neck radius is smaller
- outside diameters are still able to be cut from 5/8" stock
- (SL) stem length increased
- Thread - Noting Cecil's comment. The internal thread is more versatile because you can add a long bolt if needed.

After Miamisburg I will try to get some prices from some CNC Vendors

This is a great looking tip. I'm using tips like this now. The difference on my tips are the .200 diamenter - this will make the top walk faster - mine are at .175. And the angle AB 35 deg. I use 45 deg, and AT 35 deg. I've made about 50 steal tips. And it's a pain. A C.N.C can knock these out fast but you have to have a large quantity. And send it to a country that uses child labor - and slaves. And on the tip that is drawn I would use it on a top from  3 3/4 to 4 3/4 dia.

And on the .312 diamenter I use .250 and use a .250 delrin to pull the tip in with a 6 -32 cap screw.

. It's so much better if you drill and tap a 8 - 32 hole in and pull tip in.
This is why I chose #8 :)

I think I'd rather do a longer stem and thread it for 1/4 - 20 than tap it for 8 - 32.  There's probably plenty of strength in 8-32 but I'd trust 1/4-20 more for repeated removal and installation.  Not sure how the weight would be affected though.  I'd even consider making the stem a little wider and threading it for 1/4-20 if it didn't make things too tip heavy.
