Teaching some new players how to spin!
« on: March 16, 2015, 10:20:26 AM »

My daughter had her 9th birthday party yesterday, and in the downtime between cake and presents, I broke out some tops. I did a fun demo, and then got the 8 girls all spinning. Here are a couple of pictures of the fun!

Good times.

Wow! All the girls seem to be into it! Nice to see!
Had your daughter spun a top before?

Great photos to start the week in a good mood!
I think I will nominate #1 (or #2 ?) for the photo contest.

Thanks guys, it was a great party. My wife only planned 15 minutes for the tops, and I could have gone an hour!

My daughter (who is not pictured by the way) has been spinning for a couple of years. Only with the pull strap, and she is not super excited about working on harder stuff! But she is only 9, I hope she comes around to the harder stuff this summer.

The best thing about these pictures is that you are outside in Minnesota and no snow in sight!
