hi all
this coming w-end , I'm organizing the 7 th paris yoyo contest
here is the poster/ flyer

we will exhibit part of our collection with Ludo
it will take place in the new artsy squatt : the big cinema ! (semi legal , but the "collectif" had to endure the police searches last w-end because of the "state of emergency", after breaking the front door, the "play-mobile uniforms" in charge with the operation left happy to find a bunch of inoffensive artists...MrTRICK , the home magician performed a close up in front of Mr The Commissaire)
the odds are good and plenty of time to spin tops this Sunday  8) 8)

salut à tous

it all went well in the big cinema
around 30 spectators and 7 competitors
we had a small display with Ludo , Lapin did the judging for the yoyo contest

after we played tops especially with big tops
we revisited the Taiwan throw like Mr Liu had taught us
it's very efficient even for small tops
but as usual i was too busy to take photos or videos
here are 3 photos from ludo's wife mobile

cheers

I moved this out of the NSTR board because the photos are very much top related.

I believe you had shown us before the "Ma Premiere Toupie" cartoon before, but I cannot find it. Or am I mistaken?

I see that you have the deluxe kit from Trompos Space and posters. I have neither.
I like how you decorated the spintop cases.

Congrats on a good meeting!

EDIT: Poster

hello Jorge
you have a good eye
we had the "image d'épinal" ma première toupie printed and framed////
the trompospace display was sent to us by Javier as a gift for last year's festival
it's a collector item in ludo's cavern//
