anybody have any insight or tips and such about these things? cant seem to manage them at the moment  :-[

thank you jim! im having some trouble with getting that video to work but ill figure it out ;)

ive actually come to quite a realization in the past few hours and im going to post a vid in a lil bt, i feel like im not lost anymore and it makes me happy  ;D

Here is the hot tip for Wormhole:  set up some racquetballs (or something of similar weight and a material that is not-so-hurty) like I do in the video below and practice the move until you can do it without paying any attention.  Then it is just a matter of getting the precession of the two tops synced... and that is just sheer luck lol.
