I found a great deal on a black Chico 2 on ebay. It came 2 different tips a OWB and an over sized over length string IMHO.
I only threw it a few times as I got home from work so late, but is spins for a really long time. Smooth! I lost count of how many crazy 8s I did, including my first upside down crazy 8s (with the small tip).  I have no idea why I thought it was jumbo/Grande size but there is no disappointment in it being a nicely shaped regular size top.  That makes for a tip top birthday getting a QSH and the cash for a Chico.

Silly me. I just figured out that I have a Chico 2.  I did not know the difference.  The one piece design is cool.

Is the loud noise normal? it has a high pitched squeal.  If my car made this noise it would be in the shop ASAP.

Yo yo jam thin lube is what most hybrid yo yo / spin top folks use... it is a clear, light lube, I do not know what the non - yo yo equivalent would be...

     The bearings we use in our yoyos & tops are Dry
with no lube. When you lube them it slows the top or yoyo down.
  I see you got this top on ebay so you don't know what happened
to the top before you got it. You might want to clean the bearings in
acitone and if it still makes to much noise for you then lube it.
I like electrical grade silicone spray . It is super light or try what Neff
  said.
