IMHO:the tip too pointy

i would like to vent my frustrations here................how freaking hard is it to turn a top see if it works say hmm i like that design??????? why is everything always in a "prototype" stage that takes years to end up being released!?!??!?!?!?!?!??!?!?!?!? you know how long it would take meeeeeeeee to figure it out????????? a day...............a freaking daaaaay..........how hard can it be to figure out such and such material is the most cost effective and hey u guys like this design??? no how about this one ??? ya??? ya me 2 lets use that design...............tadaaaaaa a top is born and is for sale online tommoroooooooooooow.......................................somebody please correct me if im wrong  >:(

Designing tops is easy. Finding people to buy them isn't.

And yes, I know all you guys will buy whatever cool thing comes out.. but compared to sales of yo-yos, you don't even make a dent.. not even a small one. So it's hard to convince companies that are used to selling yo-yos, to tool up and spend time/money/effort on tops. Trust me, I've tried.. a lot.

I would much rather see OD make a throw top but a finger top is a step in the right direction.
I wonder how much these will sell for.

mmm indeed that would be nice i think the cost though of a throw top would literally be through the roof from a company like onedrop eh and i cant imagine this finger spinner being less than $40  :-X

Oh, I don't know. I would think they could make a good throw top for around $100. I doubt that OD is even looking at that market though.
My personal guess is that the finger spinner will cost ~$20.
Do we know for sure that this is something they will be producing and selling?
