alum tip for BK

i saw recently pulpowsky's BK maintanance video and there he has aluminium tip on BK (or at least it looks like that to me :) ).

so where one can get it? it looks that it could be better upgrade while they also can last longer than plastics one. thanks

If I recall correctly, those are steel tips. Pulp had some turned for him so he could play over concrete at work. He also mods Spintastics tips using a drill and a file.

The tips are cemented steel tips.

Are really hard to play over concrete floor. But the design isn't as good as I liked.

I am planning to turning new tips with a metal lathe.

By the way a choice is to modify an Trompo grande tip with the driller and diamond files.
