christmas break !! at last ! = 2 weeks off, phew ...
I played for the lycée 's christmas tree in front of three dozen children aged 4 to 9 : they really enjoyed the yoyo part with picture tricks and stories, the diabolo routine on music went ok and the toupie sequence really did it
it was a kind of "coming out" for me because except for a few teachers , i never speak about my "2nd life" : the squatt,the wood turning, the shows..
this morning i came across the Head, he shakes my hand , and starts talking ...blah blah about how " talented" i was (an expression i especially despise)
i reply " that's why i'm sometimes absent without a real reason, eh eh !"
he says " but it's worth it " with a grin
I guess now , i can remain being the wild one ( teachers in france are really old school and so respectful and chicken ....even the syndicalists )
