A while back somebody, I think SpinQueen, posted a link to a site that sold those riding cones. But the site was from the UK and I could not find a US dealer. In the video they speak Spanish (from Colombia or Venezuela, I think), but the "wow" expression tells me that they are probably in the US, so perhaps it can be found here after all.

I would love to have one of those plastic cones if someone ever finds them.

I hear what you are saying, johnm, about scaring pets with tops.  You know I have done that to our poor old Daisy dog.  I told my wife we could only get another dog if it likes top spinning.  I would say this dog would be a winner!!!

One word:  radial vomiting.

I received the biggest box ever with a top (good that my wife is visiting her mother ).  I am happy to say that it is a true top out of the box: it will easily spin for over 1 minute with an "arm start" and it falls when it is not spinning.  Good quality with sturdy walls. The brand is Gonge (www.gonge.com). Even though they have many other products, their logo is based on this top.

It should make awesome throw top when I get around to modding it with a tip.  To be continued this summer . . .
