You dont have to use a mexican spintop for this trick, or any particular trick, this trick and the others you mentioned can be done with any fixed tip trompo

I see, the problem is the following: I use a trompo grande fixed tip, I notice that mexican and players from Spain instead of doing the vertical trapeze they slide down the spintop and it goes well in vertical motion down, I cannot accomplish that, so that is the most difficult part for me ...I wish to see some one doing the mexican teleferico (with slide down style) with a spintastic trompo grande (default tip, not salvador`s) fixed tip in a video..  can any body help me with that?

The "Mexican falling" is easy to perform. Only need a bit of time to get it.

Cable-car is more easy to do with the standard TG tip than the Salvador's one.

Hey, Puma. Are you sure you are dropping on the correct side of the string (the opposite to MGR)? Are you moving your hand in a big arch to the center so the top leans and falls?

Pulpo on that video does it with a Can Cels wooden top that has a cylindrical tip ending on a ball, what makes it more difficult than with any of our tops.

Well, at least, here, one thing is the Teléferico, and another different thing is the Elevador.
Both of them are spin top´s tricks.
a lot of persons call the teléferico as elevador, thinking in the diabolo trick.

As far as I know, the teleferique is a trick invented in Colombia.

In the other hand, the elevador, (at least to me) is one of the most importants tricks of the top, ´cos inside itself ´s got the main and basic principles of the regeneration by pulling and ascending....

I wish a video tutorial or an explanation of the "Mexican falling", this is the tricky part for me the rest does not seem to be too much complicated, in other hand yes I am dropping on the correct side of the string but I need help in the position  of the throwing hand before and after the throw, also the movement of the throwing hand...there must be something I am missing...if some one can help me I will appreciate it

If you are having trouble getting the top to lean over, wait for the top to lean to the left, then rotate your whole arm, your whole body to the left.  Do a 360 if you have to.

If you are still having trouble, perhaps you can post a video (like others have done) and we can tell you what we think you are doing wrong.

You need to have a "fantastic car" first if you want to make this trick.

That's a fun video.  I like the guy who just happens to walk by in the middle of everything!

I guess the minute of rental must be expensive or they would have redone it. The other sports car video was much better. But one cannot deny that Cuatín is all a character.

People crossing in from of you seems to be the video-mexican way. Besides the wonderful Top performance on Salvador's "Cuerdas" video (the one with the Chinese hat recorded in the market), I love the "urban" feeling of it, people crossing in front of the camera and a woman calling Salvador, that ambiance makes that video appealing even for a person not interested in Tops.
