Finger tops made out of marbles have been on ebay for at least 15 years, I believe. But I was surprised to find this book while searching for spinning tops books:

It catalogs with photos the tops made by Andy Davis using cullet from the Jabo marble factory. From the description:
THE BOOK CONTAINS 90 TOTAL PAGES SHOWING PHOTOS OF ALL THE TOP SETS ANDY DAVIS HAS MADE, INCLUDING THE QUANTITY OF EACH SET MADE.
There is also a poster of the tops, a price guide, and you can even get a T-shirt on ebay. With a little research I found this from the artist:
Andy Davis discovered his true passion in life at the age of 72 and became a studio glass artist. He is an inspiration for anyone entering the studio art glass movement.
