On a juggling list somebody said they saw it at Learning Express (Austin) for $5 for a pack of 3.

I want some but their website is lacking as far as where I can get them besides the website.  I've made the cigarette paper ones and gum wrappers work okay too but it'd be fun to have one that you can just carry around.
