ITSA's annual virtual assembly will take place from Wednesday December 5th until Wednesday December 12th.
I will create before then a board on the forum that will be visible to current ITSA members so they can participate and vote (after the assembly is over it will be visible to any forum member logged in).
If you are not a current ITSA member you can become one and your membership will be valid for this annual meeting and all of 2019, including next year meeting (plus you get the free embroidered patch).
We will discuss the ITSA budget, Worlds, future activities to sponsor, and anything else related to the goals stated on the bylaws:
The purpose of the International Top Spinners Association, referred as ITSA, is to promote the sport, game, art and hobby of playing with spinning tops, a universal toy.
To accomplish this goal it will:
A. Facilitate the interaction of enthusiasts from around the world, by organizing contests, workshops and events.
B. Serve as a repository of the different traditions.
C. Teach new generations of players.
I hope to "see" you all there!

To be precise, section B.iv.h says:
Voting. A minimum of 10 votes or 1/10th of the membership with voting rights,
whatever is larger, will be required for the vote to be valid. Unless stated on other
parts of this document, simple majority will win the vote.
As of today we have 53 members who are current in their dues and have the right to vote, so the quorum for regular votes would be 10.

It's the last opportunity to make your voice heard during the assembly. Feel free to start a new thread if none of the current ones touches the subject you want to talk about.

The 2018 General Meeting of ITSA will close in just a few hours. After that it will be locked to new posts but it will be visible to all forum members logged in, even if they are not members of ITSA.
I think it has been quite successful and look forward to a top 2019!

Thanks for that historic quote, Jim. We, though, are with you and behind you in every way....unlike crazy people in the past who wanted kings and queens dead so they could have their power, property and wealth!!! We are thankful for your leadership.
