This is the 80th anniversary of the day the "Our Gang" TV show had their last show. It started September 10th, 1922 and finished April 29, 1944. Many people remember "Our Gang" as "The Little Rascals" so it seemed to me that we should be celebrating this in some way. So, I hereby declare this to be Rascal Day and encourage everyone to get out their rascals and give 'em a spin.
