This year we reconsider juging rule because we would like a lo of player to understand the rule and to make their routine more astonishing. One of the biggest chalenge is to abolish the counting judge.
Here is the summary of the rule.
Difficulty (25%)(Judge: Shogo Ichikawa)
The difficulty of the tricks player did in their routine
The judge don’t count their number of mistakes.
Originalty (25%)(Judge: Jun)
original tricks, new tricks, new things
Regardless of the difficulty of the tricks, all of the new trick can get same positive point.
Performance (25%)(Judge: Aozora note)
smooth movement of string, koma, body
entertaiment
way/style of directing
Regardless of the technique of koma, you can get performance point.
Musicalty (25%)(Judge: Leon)
Music Use concntrating on hitting sounds, beats, cues, mood, tone, theme, routine, etc.
When you try to get musicalty point with no koma technique, you cannot get musicalty point but performance point.
Only 10 players can become as the finalists and their ruotine will be intriduced on live event with judge’s comment. We plan to hold the live on March 19th.
Top 2 players in each item, which are Difficulty, origoinality, Performance and Musicalty, qualify for the final.
Top 2 players in total score in the other qualify for the final.
