Hello folks!
Hope everyone is doing well?
I'm doing GREAT!
I'm really getting into 'spiritual development' for the moment.
And I now have 3 canines which I mentally shift into. Fox, dog and wolf.
I've always been 'Canine minded' so no big surprise. I start to understand that my soul, is partly canine. So therefore, it switches between wolf, dog and fox more easily. It came as a great relief! Once, I was against more than one animal side. but now that I have made this 'discovery' of my soul being (partly) generally canine, it is much easier to accept.
Now I have 3 'shifter-diaries' for every canine-self of me. I like to keep a diary, and look back at it sometimes.
It is believed that the soul is not a 'fixed' form. It is energy, so it can take any form. So maybe I can use this knowledge to Astral travel one day. One day I will be able to!
Wish it was spring already, so I can go to my forest again..

Working to do tomorrow, it's evening here in Belgium  :).

Forgot to mention:  I'm finally in tune with myself. I feel like I can do anything!
After 11 years of shifting, I know who I am. I'm jolien, and I am a shifter  :).
FINALLY some peace in my head! No more running away from my wolf self. I just accept it.

I believe you live in Belgium, correct? My daughter gave me the book Madhouse at the End of the Earth. It is a true story about a Belgian expedition to Antarctica in 1897. It is led by Adrien de Gerlache, the ship is the Belgica. The story is becoming a psychology of human relations, since the boat and crew are now locked in the ice for the duration of winter. Have you heard of  de Gerlache?

Hi Bill,
Yes that's correct, I live in Belgium. East Flanders.
Sorry, never heard of it. Although Belgium is a small country, there's a lot I still don't know about it.
Everything is fine with me. I had a mental breakdown a week ago, because of the damn pandemic.
I'm still so scared that if I get sick, I be locked up in my house and can't go for a long walk.
But now I just made a decision. If I get sick, I still go for walks. I live in the country. And I almost never come across anyone here. So where's the danger? I just needed to relax.
Now everything is going well again. Thanks to my shifting. It's one of the things that helped me alot.
And of course, you folks.
It's a great sunny day here in Belgium. Today I'll practice with my top and maybe make a video.
FINALLY! I can practice outside again!  That's one of the things that makes me happy.
