Variability in Trompos Cometa stuff.
« on: March 20, 2010, 03:13:48 PM »

Checking all the Trompos cometa I have, I did find a lot of colour variability in buttons, rings, dBkillers, and (specially) strings.

Step by step:

Buttons:

Rings:

dBKillers:

String group 1:

String group 2:

String group 3:

String group 4:

String group 5:

String group 6:

String group 7:

String group 8:

String group 9:

String group 10:

String group 11:

The clasification of the string is so difficult, sometimes very small differences in colour threads.

Groups 2 to 6 are the more common to find into the top.

Seems like the colours of the Lionel's trains.

All the strings are now in the common box, I'll never try to classify again.  :P

Wow, that's organization!  It's also a lot of string.  Thanks for sharing, Pulp.

Wow, What a great array of buttons!  I love the variation in color.  With so many distinct colors, it could be so easy to tell one string from the next.  Thanks for posting these Pulp!

What is the dBkiller for besides safety?  Anything?

The plastic cover is to avoid tip damage to kids. But they play with it unremoved because the top doesn't make noise playing indoor. I can't throw with it buy the kids do it.
