I guess is some kind of modern koma developed by spingear?

Yes. Taka, who is the ITSA ambassador for Japan is the owner of Spingear. You can see his recap for 2018 on the ITSA meeting board.

Here is the page for it.Long axle is good for vertical spin,but easy to change direction.
