but hear me out: i dunno i understood full orbits but not half orbits up until i accidentalied half orbits this morning @-@

Yep, that is the right-arm half-orbit. You will find that it regens more effectively than full orbits (and is more fun  ).

Good going Jack! Looks like I'm going to have to put together an orbit trainer (sliding weight on a string) again to try and learn that. Have you noticed the more effective regeneration doing it?
