Erick, the shape is off and the top looks like it has measles. But you are the MASTER. But my wife said how beautiful, and how ingenious.

I have a bunch of pencils glued up for a yoyo and a spintop, just haven't had time to turn them.

Bitchin! Love the colors and the distortion effect.

I wonder if epoxy or polyester (fiberglass) resin might be a tidier alternative to CA glue?  Never tried to turn either of these and surely they are messy too...

poptop: I'm sure that epoxy resin would eliminate the inconsistencies of glue coverage, and, perhaps more importantly, the many layers of glue on my hands.  If/when I do it again, I'll probably cast the pencil layers in resin...
