Spintop from Asia?

Hi everyone,

I wante to ask you about this spintop. My friend got it around 20-30 years ago during his stay in China at embassy.
Someone told him that is Mongolina spintop.

Can You help me?

That top looks quite similar to tops from Turkey which can be seen in this posting:

Yes, it sure looks like the tops Larrry D. brought us from Turkey!

Interestingly enough, we just had visitors in church with the last name of Tomasz.
