Thanks guys!

Yesterday I was very tired after the trip but it was all worth. It was fantastic to finally meet  in person Jakub, Daniel, Jan, and Maurizio! Also our new female freestyler, Marietta! I've already goot Figaro photos of them all, plus replacements for Tyler and Alex. Plus the president of the Spanish yo-yo association, Alfredo Mascali.

Taka spun a little with us and told me that he is very interested in having tops next year at yyworlds in Japan. It seems this year they had their first nats koma contest!

We finally had a British spintop player: Tom already knew the boomerang and practiced balancing on the hand with me. Hopefully he will be hooked and join the board

The venue is very different to the Rosen. There is probably less space to throw tops, but there is enough. There are probably aboutnthebsame number of people than in Orlando, but it is difficult to say because there are screens showing the contest everywhere and you don't have to be on the main floor to watch.

I'll probably be the first one to freestyle and the last one on the score board . . .  I'll head to tthe venue now and get some practice.

Glad to hear about Taka and next year in Japan.  Koma nationals?  That sounds great!

That seems like a big breakthrough with the British thrower.  Finally!

I bet you miss that busy carpet pattern at the Rosen where we used to always lose our tops.  It must be exciting to have big screens everywhere projecting the on stage action.

Like the dazzling one, I miss worlds and all the great action but I am enjoying some good family time at the beach in North Carolina.  There just isn't any spinning action around here.  Here is to all the great spinning action in Prague!!!

Great job Ta0. I heard from Steve via commentary on 4A that there are gremlins on the stage causing drops.

So Czech residents sweep the top 3.
It is always a pleasure to watch the shoeless wonder.  A well deserved win.
All Daniel's corkscrew variations are so very cool (as always)
It is a joy to watch all of you. It is both motivating and humbling.
