ta0's comment reminded me of Daveid's non-dominant hand trapeze catches shown here at about 1:20. It is different because he has moved the button to the non-dominant hand.

It makes me think that you snap starting, doubly coordinated players should tie a button on the other end (instead of a ring for some of you) of the string and try something.
