Converting questions tip

Well I recently got my Stb 2.0 and I want to convert it to fixed tip, what tools do I use and what parts exactly do I need ?

Thake the nut off, put the washer in, put the nut back on and tighten.

Put both on. Plastic first and then the metal one.

Do I take the tip off and then put the washers or with the tip inside the stb do I add the both washers and then tighten?

Take the nut off
Leave the tip in
Put the white washer on the post
Put the metal washer on the post
Put the nut back on
Tighten the nut very tight
Play fixed tip
