Whip tops featured in the show, "The Grand Tour", in the capital of Mozambique: Maputo.
(Sorry this video is somewhat  bad quality, since I was in a rush to record it. :-\ )

Great find! Thanks for sharing it. First time (I think) that we see video of top playing in Mozambique!
