Well as the decades accumulate, it is said that we go through our 2nd childhoods.
Given the number of decades on me, I figure I am into my 3rd childhood at least.

OK......things are a little slow in the church office today.  That's good news for us.  That's bad news for the birthday boy. 

Vicky and I have decided to think of the top ten things Jorge is doing on his birthday.

1-his wife woke him up by softly saying "hello big boy or should I say Mr. Trompo"
2-he is forcing his family to have a big battle top contest before breakfast
3-his wife is making him top shaped pancakes (for breakfast, lunch and dinner)
4-he is spending the morning looking through candy stores asking for conical shaped candy
5-he is singing "it's my party and I'll spin if I want to, spin if I want to, spin if I want to. 
    You could spin too if it happens to you."
6-he is lining up all his tops and making them bow to him
7-he asked his wife to use the whip top on him
8-he is forcing everyone in his family to sit with him and watch the movie "My Summer Story"
9-he is day dreaming about how he and Figaro will win the top spinning universe contest
10-he is sewing a special gag with top symbols on it to put around Mike Hout's mouth

Thanks everybody!

Hey Mike, that's a long list. You had some hits and some misses.

1. It was more like : "Good morning, senior!" (but in Spanish) I corrected her with something along the lines of "big boy" but we had to take the kids to school so that was the end of it.
2. The battle to get the kids ready in time was over the top, but we do that everyday before breakfast.
3. No breakfast spintop pancakes but thanks of the idea, I already put the request.
4. No. I am melting chocolate for my spintop mold.
5. Does it have to rhyme with "Clementine"? Not that I can rhyme anything.
6. Yes! My tops show a lot of respect (except that spiked one that sometimes bites back).
7. Actually, it was whip cream . . .
8. More like forced the kids to turn off the TV.
9. Always, not just today.
10. You read my mind.
